Thread is a read-only web application that connects to your accounting software via OAuth and displays the financial statement impact of your journal entries. Thread does not modify, store, or transmit your accounting data. It reads your data on demand and renders it visually in your browser.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share access with unauthorised users.
You may use Thread for lawful business purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute Thread or its underlying logic.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Annual subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting threadapp.eu@gmail.com with 30 days written notice. Thread reserves the right to suspend access for non-payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the above.
All fees are exclusive of GST, VAT and all other taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities. The Client is responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.
Thread reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use of Thread after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Thread aims to be available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.
Thread may update features or pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Thread is a visual aid. It does not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice. Thread is not liable for any decisions made based on information displayed in the application.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
